National Association of Hombuilder's Nahb Best of 55+ Housing Awards

The NAHB 55+ Housing Industry Quango Best of 55+ Housing Awards are the 55+ sector's merely national awards program that accolade the people, companies, projects, and programs that take contributed to industry-leading design and community lifestyle features that appeal to all life stages.
Perkins Eastman's historic Maravilla at the Domain, in Austin, TX, was awarded Gold in the "Full Continuum Living Community" category. This is the fourth award, including the prestigious AIA Design for Aging, that the projection has received. Maravilla at the Domain is a LEED Argent-certified customs for aging adults in Austin, TX, that weaves together wellness programming, attentive service, and imaginative cuisine.
The Enclave, an innovative new dementia intendance environment for an east declension not-for-turn a profit senior living provider, was awarded Gilt in the "Service Enriched Community (On the Boards)" category. In contrast to the typical approach to dementia care, this integrated campus encourages independence past inspiring residents to safely engage with amenities outside of their homes and simultaneously inviting the exterior community in to foster appointment and add together vibrancy.
VIA—A Perkins Eastman Studio, was awarded a Gold in the "Independent Living Community" category for Revel Issaquah Senior Housing, in Issaquah, WA. Revel is a vibrant independent living customs that consists of ii wings that are positioned in keeping with the sloping contours of the site. The wings are connected by a community eye including the foyer, dining, exercise facilities, and support spaces, fostering connection and community.
